Claymation is a short video clip using clay and a 
camera for animation of different concepts. Our group decided that our concept would be phagosytosis, each member of our group volunteer to contribute 30 pesos to buy different colors of clay. We do the molding and fixing of clays at Nolan’s house and using his camera to take picture of the clays we already molded. Using Mariano’s laptop we edited and arrange the pictures to make it a short video clip.  Claymation is a hard work but fun, just like your turning back to your childhood you are playing with clay,molding them according to what you’ve imagine.
In this activity I learned that clay are not just for fun, for a simple art but also for an amazing work that can show a concept for an educational view that can amaze the audience in a unique way.

Karyotyping Activity

Karyotyping is an activity of chromosomes. This activity is cut n’ paste karyotyping activity, were there is a cut out chromosomes and another paper where the chromosomes should be paste with their partner. There is a guide of a complete karyotype were I based matching the chromosome with their exact partner .In this activity you will need a glue and scissor to complete the activity. Using karyotyping we can compare the normal chromosomes from that have disorder chromosomes. Normally a healthy chromosomes consist of 23 chromosomes including the sex chromosomes.

In our subject Sci_184(ICT in Biology) instructed by Prof. Rutchelle B, Enriquez we were instructed to do some activities like gathering data, and the data gathered must be presented using the different software in microsoft office. The first activity conducted was observing what different plants are present in Leyte Normal University in a certain time,each group was assigned at different region in the campus, after observing for an hour the gathered data must be presented using microsoft word that is in a Venn diagram form.The second activity is to select for a topic that is related to Biology, the instruction was to make a questioner and distribute the questioner in random 30 respondents or students around in the campus. After gathering all the data,the data must be presented using a microsoft word because the data must in table form and also the questioner must be presented to the whole class of BsBio 3-1.The next Activity using the data on the second activity KR20 and KR21 must be presented in Microsoft Word because KR20 and KR21 uses equations and equations can be done using microsoft word.The Next Activity was to conduct a survey during lunch time for 30 minutes if what sex or course dominates in LNU library extension cafeteria, LNU cafeteria,IGP, LNU COOP.( Note: each group has the freedom in selecting which area they'll be conducting there survey) After the survey again the gathered data must be presented to the class now using Microsoft Excel because the presentation is in Graphs,like Bar graphs and Pie graphs. Another activity was instructed to be done, it was using Microsoft Powerpoint. We were given the instruction in choosing a topic related again to Biology to be presented using powerpoint and exploring its content like using a hyperlink inserting images, my topic was all about Anaconda "the giant snake" it was an exciting topic but my professor didn't like of watching those creepy creature but it was nice presentation I got a 9 out of 10 because of some error in spelling.I thought I know so well about computers because I've been Using computer for almost 10 years but i admit it was mostly for games and surfing the web. Exploring deeply the real usage of computer benefited me the most specially in my studies and later in my works.
